Why have a practice?

Life is all about lessons and practice allows lesson after lesson after lesson. And in doing whatever you choose to do, and doing it again, and again is the magic! It’s the repetition that allows you to get quiet with yourself, give over to your practice, open yourself to it, and allow the lessons to emerge.
